Small habits that save big time when you use BiziNus every day.
Use global search
Tap the search icon (🔍) in the top bar to find any customer, item or transaction across your data in seconds — no scrolling through lists.
Barcode scanning
If you have a bluetooth barcode scanner (the kind that acts like a keyboard), just pair it with your phone or tablet. Scan an item's barcode and BiziNus drops it straight into the current sale — perfect for fast counters. No extra setup; the app reads the scanned code automatically.
Scan supplier bills (OCR)
Long purchase invoices are a pain to type. Open Scan Bill and photograph the invoice — BiziNus uses OCR to pull items and amounts in, so you review instead of retyping. (Needs an internet connection for the OCR step.)
Set your currency
Open Settings and choose your business currency. Every total, bill and report then uses it, so amounts always read correctly for your region.
Work offline
BiziNus works without internet. Record sales and purchases on the go; the moment you're back online, everything syncs to the cloud and your other devices. Great for shops with patchy signal.
Bulk entry & export via CSV
Starting out with old records, or doing monthly bookkeeping? Export CSV to spreadsheet your data, or Import CSV to bring in a batch of purchases/sales at once. See Backup & Sync.
