General

BiziNus is a free smart billing, inventory and accounting app for retail shops and small businesses. It records sales and purchases, tracks stock, generates UPI QR bills, and syncs across your phone, tablet and computer.

Yes. The Free plan includes up to 50 purchases and 50 sales per month, full inventory, billing, reports and cloud sync — no cost and no card required. Upgrade to Pro only when you outgrow the limits.

BiziNus runs on Android (Google Play) and as a web app in any modern browser at bizinus.vercel.app. Data syncs between them.

BiziNus is currency-aware. Set your business currency in Settings and every total, bill and report uses it. Many regional currencies are supported.

Pro gives unlimited purchases & sales, unlimited CSV/JSON export & import, Dropbox backup, Market Basket AI, Demand Forecasting, advanced charts, and full stock-value tracking. See the Pro vs Free comparison.

Open Settings → Upgrade to Pro (or Go Pro from the menu), choose Monthly or Yearly, and confirm through Google Play. Pro activates instantly.

Open Go Pro → Restore Purchases. Google Play re-checks your account and restores Pro without charging again. You must be signed in with the same Google account used to buy.

Yes — manage it in Google Play → Subscriptions (Settings has a shortcut). You keep Pro until the end of the paid period, then the app returns to Free limits. Your data is never deleted.

BiziNus shows a friendly reminder as you approach 50 purchases / 50 sales in a month. You can still view all data; to log more, upgrade to Pro or wait for the monthly counter to reset.

Data, backup & sync

When you're signed in, data is backed up to Firebase Cloud Firestore automatically. Pro users can also link Dropbox. Everyone can export JSON or CSV anytime from Backup My Data.

Yes. Record sales and purchases and view your data offline. When you reconnect, BiziNus syncs your changes to the cloud and across devices.

BiziNus uses Google/Firebase infrastructure and shares only what's needed to run the service. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. Use Backup My Data → Export for full JSON or purchases/sales CSV, and Import to load JSON, buy CSV, sell CSV, or pasted text. See Backup & Sync.

Billing & inventory

Set your UPI ID (VPA) in Settings, then tap Generate Bill after recording a sale. BiziNus shows a live QR your customer scans to pay. See Recording Sales & Purchases.

Yes. Each line item supports a discount (amount or %) and a tax rate (e.g. 18 for 18%). The final price is computed as (qty × price) − discount + tax.

Set a reorder point per item. When stock drops to or below it, BiziNus flags the item and shows a low-stock alert on the dashboard. See Managing Inventory.

Web & devices

Absolutely. Sign in to the web app at bizinus.vercel.app from any browser — no install. Your data syncs with the Android app in real time.

Yes. Sign in with the same business account on your phone, tablet and the web. Changes sync live. You can also add staff with roles and PINs on a shared device.
