Getting Started with BiziNus
New to BiziNus? This guide takes you from install to your first recorded sale in about five minutes. BiziNus works on Android and in any web browser.
1. Install the app
BiziNus is available free on Google Play. You can also use the full app
in your browser at bizinus.vercel.app — no install needed.
Open Google Play on your Android phone.
Search for “BiziNus” (by G12 Games) or tap the button in the top-right of this site.
Tap Install. The app is lightweight and opens quickly.
2. Create your workspace
When you first open BiziNus you'll go through a short onboarding, then create your business workspace. A workspace is where all your sales, purchases and stock live.
On the welcome screen, choose to register with a business name and password, or skip to use the app offline.
Enter your business name (e.g. “Ravi General Store”). This is your workspace name.
Optionally add your phone number — it's used only for account recovery and you can skip it.
3. Record your first sale
The home screen has two big buttons: Record Sale (green) and Add Stock (orange). Let's record a sale.
Tap Record Sale.
Add the items sold — name, quantity and price. You can type a new item or pick one you've used before.
Apply a discount (amount or %) and GST/VAT if needed.
Tap Generate Bill. BiziNus shows a bill with a UPI QR code your customer can scan to pay.
Share or save the bill — it's recorded in your sales history automatically.
That's it — you've made your first entry. Everything now shows up on your dashboard.
4. Explore the dashboard
Your dashboard is the home screen. It shows today's revenue, bills generated, and a financial summary you can expand. Use the menu (☰) to open Inventory, Customers, Reports, Backup and more.
- Home — revenue, quick actions and low-stock alerts.
- My Stock — what you have and what's running low.
- Customers — your buyer list and per-customer history.
- Price List — items with their selling prices.
- Backup My Data — sync and export your records.
- Settings — currency, plan, account and staff.
