Recording Sales & Purchases
Every rupee in and out goes through two screens: Record Sale (green) and Add Stock / Log Purchase (orange). Here's how to use both.
Record a sale
From the home screen, tap Record Sale.
Add line items — item name, quantity and unit price. Pick a previously used item to fill details automatically.
Adjust quantity with the + / − buttons; the line total updates live.
Tap Generate Bill when done.
Generate a UPI QR bill
BiziNus builds a bill you can share, with a live UPI QR code your customer scans to pay instantly — no card machine needed.
- The QR is generated on the fly from your UPI ID (VPA) — set it in Settings.
- Tap Share to send the bill via WhatsApp, email or any app.
- Bills are saved to your Sales History automatically.
Discounts & GST/VAT
Each line item supports two optional adjustments:
- Discount — enter an amount (e.g.
20) or a percentage (e.g.5%). BiziNus applies it before tax. - GST / VAT — enter the rate (e.g.
18for 18%). The tax is added on top of the discounted price.
The final price per item is calculated as: (qty × price) − discount + tax. The math is handled for you on every line and on the grand total.
Tip: set a default tax rate in Settings so you don't enter it on every sale.
Log a purchase
Tracking what you buy from suppliers is how BiziNus works out your profit.
From home, tap Add Stock (or open Log Purchase from the menu).
Add items with their cost price and quantity received.
Save — the stock is added to your inventory and the cost is recorded.
Sales & purchase history
Open Sales History and Purchase History from the menu to see every transaction, search them, and view or re-share any bill.
Free-plan limits
The Free plan includes up to 50 purchases and 50 sales per month. When you get close, BiziNus shows a friendly reminder. To log unlimited transactions, upgrade to BiziNus Pro.
